When the same workshop builds the exhaust, writes the map and fits the suspension, it all gets planned together. The map is set up for the exhaust actually on the car, the exhaust is routed for the final ride height so it doesn't scrape on speed humps, and the air suspension goes in knowing where every line needs to run. We fabricate in-house with TIG welding in stainless and aluminium: exhausts, downpipes, intercooler pipework and brackets, all made to measure.
We always start by checking the car over, because tuning an engine with leaks or a worn clutch only brings the failure forward. Then we talk about how you use it: a daily-driven Golf R, a BMW M for the mountain roads and an AMG for the seafront are three different briefs. Everything is done to your spec, and we'll flag anything that could affect the ITV or noise rules, because keeping the car legal is the owner's responsibility.
