A custom exhaust for a Sotogrande car has one requirement you don't get everywhere: it lives by the sea. Salt air off the marina and the beach eats through the mild steel used in standard exhausts and plenty of aftermarket ones, which is why we build in stainless steel or aluminium, TIG-welded at our workshop in La Línea.
Custom means designed around your car and what you want from it. Some people want a fuller note that doesn't drone on the motorway; others want the car properly heard. Exhaust valves give you both: leave the estate quietly, then open it up when you choose. We also make downpipes, manifolds and mid-sections, and repair standard systems that have rotted through.
We do a lot of these on Porsche Caymans and 911s, AMGs, BMW M cars and VAG hot hatches like the Golf GTI and Cupra León. Everything is built to your spec, but a louder exhaust can cause trouble at the ITV or MOT and with noise rules, and keeping the car legal is the owner's responsibility. We'll talk that through before anything gets welded.

The A-7 to San Roque, then into La Línea: about 20–25 km, about 26 minutes by car. Time in the workshop depends on the car and the job; we'll tell you when we quote. We can also collect and deliver the car: ask us on WhatsApp, as it depends on where you are.

Why stainless rather than ordinary steel?
Because ordinary steel rusts quickly near the sea. Stainless stands up to salt air far better and lasts much longer.
Can I have an exhaust that's quiet when I want it to be?
Yes, with exhaust valves. You decide when it's closed and when it's open.
Will a custom exhaust pass the ITV or MOT?
It depends on the noise level and the parts. A more open exhaust may not pass. Keeping the car legal is the owner's responsibility. If needed, we can help with the ITV and homologation.
Do you make exhausts for classic cars?
Yes, we fabricate and repair exhausts for classics when parts are no longer available.
