Custom exhausts in La Línea
We build and fit custom exhausts in La Línea de la Concepción, close to the Gibraltar border. TIG-welded, made to fit your car, and with the sound you're after.
What a custom exhaust is
A custom exhaust is a system made for one particular car rather than a part pulled off a shelf. We measure the space, cut and bend the tube, choose the silencers and tailpipes, and weld everything up on the car itself so it lines up properly and sits without strain.
We work in stainless steel with TIG welding, which gives clean, strong joints that stand up to corrosion. That matters round here, with the damp and the salt air. It can be a single section (a rear box, a centre section, new tips) or a complete system.
We also fit downpipes, the section straight after the turbo, and exhaust cut-out valves, which open or close a bypass so the car can be quiet or loud depending on the moment. Everything is built to the spec we agree with you.
Why change your exhaust

How we do it
STEP 01
Look at the car
We put the car on the ramp and check the existing exhaust, the hangers and the space underneath. If anything's damaged, we'll show you.
STEP 02
Agree the spec
We talk through the sound you want, materials, tailpipes and whether you want a valve. You get a quote before any work starts.
STEP 03
Build and fit
We cut, fit and TIG-weld the system on the car, with whatever hangers it needs so it doesn't rattle or touch the floor pan.
STEP 04
Valve and wiring
If there's a cut-out valve, it's fitted, wired in and set up with its remote or switch so you can open and close it.
STEP 05
Test and hand over
We start it up, check for leaks and knocks, road test the car and walk you through what's been done when you collect it.

Frequently asked questions
Will a custom exhaust pass the ITV or MOT?
It depends on what's changed. A modified exhaust, a downpipe or a cut-out valve can affect the ITV in Spain (or the MOT in Gibraltar) and noise and emissions rules, and keeping the car road legal is the owner's responsibility. Tell us what you want and we'll explain what it involves, and we can help with the ITV and homologation process.
What is an exhaust cut-out valve?
It's a valve that opens or closes a path through the exhaust. Closed, the car is quieter; open, it sounds fuller. Depending on the system, it's controlled by a remote or from inside the car.
Do I need a remap if I fit a downpipe?
On many turbo cars it's a good idea, because the engine behaves differently with a downpipe and the ECU can pick that up. We'll look at your car before doing anything.
Can you fit an exhaust I've already bought?
Yes, we fit parts you've bought yourself. Message us with the brand and part number and we'll check it suits your car.
Will it be too loud on the motorway?
It doesn't have to be. The sound is decided when choosing silencers and pipe sizes, which is why we talk it through first. If you want a quiet car on long runs and a louder one at other times, a valve is a good option.
